Steiner Cheese, located in Ohio's beautiful Amish Country and in the town of Baltic, specializes in manufacturing old-world style Swiss cheese. With all the cheese we manufacture or market, quality and taste are our number one concern. We feel there are certain aspects of the cheese making process that can never be duplicated by machine, only a skilled cheese maker's touch will do.
