Little has changed over the past two centuries in the tiny hamlet of Baltic, Ohio. Outside the village, dairy farms are nestled among the rolling countryside. Cows graze contentedly in lush green pastures, and at Steiner Cheese, we're still making our Swiss Cheese the time-honored way, ever since 1833.

Our Swiss cuts are hand graded with only the Choicest selected for our gift boxes. They are cut and vacuum sealed just days before shipping to insure ultimate freshness and satisfaction.
