Your aged swiss is the best cheese my wife and I have ever eaten!We drive over an hour just to get it.No other cheese makers even compair to the taste and quality.

There really should be a History of Cheese in America book! My family on my mother's side came from Switzerland and ended up with a cheese factory/general store in Michigan near Bay City. I had always heard that some of the family stayed in Ohio and that one person had been killed by a bear. Today I found out that my grandmother (who came to Michigan with her family-- the cheesemaking Berger family)as a girl, but was born in New Philadelphia, Tuscarawas, Ohion in 1880. THe exploration begins-- in the Swiss heritage and legacy of cheese making. It's like finding a piece of "home" I've been all over Switzerland and now I think I need to visit Ohio! I'll be ordering cheese for my siblings. There's nothing like good cheese-- and the people that make it!

Thanks for bringing your "best" to those of us who appreciate excellent foods...Your gift boxes will be going to upstate NY this holiday season...Yummy! Cannot wait to share the "butter" cheese with my family who thinks that gift boxed cheeses are only made of "processed cheese foods"!! What a great gift to the Muskingum county shoppers!! AND price wise...IT is the BEST bargain for the buck!!

Well, Stanley, I will make sure to visit the cheese shop when I return to collect my daughter! I enjoyed looking around the site and had Steve drooling over the pictures of the cheese!
