Need to return a product?

If you receive a product that is defective, moldy, or the plastic seal has been broken, contact us within 24 hours from the time that you received the order. Please call us at (888) 897-5505. you will need to provide your name, address, order #, when you received it, and in what way it is defective. Once you have submitted this information to us, we will then issue a full credit back to you for the price of the product along with your prorated shipping costs.
