We take two of our most popular tastes, Mild and Baby, and enhance the flavor with a hickory smoked process. It doesn't get more natural or handmade than this! There's absolutely no artificial flavoring or coloring in our process. The smoke of fresh hickory chips waft over our cheese for up to 8 hours, permeating to the very center. Darker grill marks on certain pieces serve as proof to the authenticity or our handmade process. Great for snacking and party trays.
